Hi, my name is William Boyle and I’m an independent property developer based in Bathgate, West Lothian, and I’m passionate about building a successful future in property. Being based in Central Scotland gives me access to a wide range of opportunities, and I’m excited about what lies ahead.

After 24 years in banking, I took voluntary redundancy and made the decision to follow a new path in property development. While I’m still building my experience in the industry, I bring with me strong skills in risk assessment, decision-making, and financial thinking, which I believe are a real asset in this field.

I’ve joined BuildUp, led by Rosey Cassidy, and I’m grateful to be learning from someone with so much knowledge and experience. Through BuildUp, I have access to a trusted team of architects, planners, and specialists, and it gives me confidence knowing that every project I take on is backed by expert support.

I’m also gaining practical, hands-on experience through my own development project, which is giving me a real understanding of the day-to-day realities of the industry. With every opportunity, I’m learning more, growing in confidence, and developing the skills to source land, structure deals, and package opportunities with the support of the BuildUp team behind me.
